Context:

Vianco, with over 60 years of expertise, has earned a strong reputation with products like Indian Chef curry powder, Deer Brand five-spice powder, and Butterfly vanilla powder. The market, however, is changing rapidly with the rise of new retail channels like supermarkets and convenience stores. Consumers, especially young housewives and working professionals, are also shopping differently.

In response, Vianco decided to update its packaging but soon realized that this alone wouldn’t be enough for long-term success.

To strengthen its position, Vianco partnered with Wisdom Agency to reshape its overall brand strategy. With a clear strategy in place, the brand would improve visibility, foster deeper customer connections, and achieve sustainable growth.

Solution:
Vianco is refreshing its brand after 60 years on the market. This includes updating its product lineup with new positions for each product type. We also created a new look for the brand and new packaging for two products: Indian Old Man Curry Powder and Nai Brand Five-Spice Powder.
