Context:

Vianco, with over 60 years of expertise, has earned a strong reputation with products like Indian Chef curry powder, Deer Brand five-spice powder, and Butterfly vanilla powder. The market, however, is changing rapidly with the rise of new retail channels like supermarkets and convenience stores. Consumers, especially young housewives and working professionals, are also shopping differently.

In response, Vianco decided to update its packaging but soon realized that this alone wouldn’t be enough for long-term success.

To strengthen its position, Vianco partnered with Wisdom Agency to reshape its overall brand strategy. With a clear strategy in place, the brand would improve visibility, foster deeper customer connections, and achieve sustainable growth.

Solution:
After rebranding and defining its brand structure, Vianco needs to communicate its company brand and sub-brands to regain recognition and increase brand love for both the company and its sub-brands.
